Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 12 pm IST through Sunday.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: 771, Tower 16, River Heights, RajNagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201017.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
